Return & Refund Policy

Because Momma Goodman’s products are small-batch, we want every bottle to arrive perfect.

• Returns: Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).

• How to Return: Email goodmansarah1010@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within seven to 10 business days.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-returnable Items: Used or opened products and gift cards.
